ジャマイカン・ミュージックの始祖とも言える、Jimmy Cliff のデビュー30周年を記念して2004年8月に発売されたアルバム、Black Magicに収録された曲。このアルバムは本来2002年に発売される予定だったが、事情があり発売延期されたいわくつきのアルバム。

米国人ではない彼が、同時多発テロを客観的に描き、米本土が攻撃されたテロは大変なことだったが、テロに対してテロで応じるのはとても恐ろしいと歌っている。　スーパーマンや007を引き合いに出しているのが面白い。

９１１を直接に歌っているので、この事件を忘れないためにもぜひ知っておきたい曲。
