英国の活動家歌手、 Billy Bragg/ビリ―・ブラッグ が2003年に勃発したイラク戦争をテーマにして、開戦前に作った曲。イラク戦争は正義の戦争なんかではなく、当時のアメリカの大統領、ジョージ・W・ブッシュの石油利権に絡んだ戦争だということを告発している。

この曲は2003年にイラク戦争と英米のブッシュ･ブレア連合に反対する曲ばかりを集めてイギリスでリリースされたチャリティアルバム"Peace Not War"に収録された。

当時は彼の公式ホームページでこの曲のMP3ファイルを無料でダウンロードできるようになっていた。2011年になって政治的な曲を集めた自主制作アルバム Fight Songs に収録された。
